Ideal for couples looking for peace and quiet

The view from our villa was amazing. The ocean sounds were soothing. We needed extra pillows and towels and the staff was quick to respond, totally on point with service.

It wasn't cheap but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The staff was incredibly prompt. they quickly brought us towels and extra pillows when we needed them. having a balcony big enough for meals was a major plus! the vibe was so relaxing and cozy.

However, the continuous train noise was disruptive, often making it difficult to rest, especially with an early morning start and late trains passing. Additionally, the charges for extra items felt excessive, and the lack of daily housekeeping was inconvenient for a family with young children.

This place was a strong match for a short visit in Del Mar with very good value for money. The shower was great and everything was clean, so I have no complaints at all! Just be ready for the train noise during your stay.

great beach access with wonderful nearby park walks

We stayed for 2 nights during a lovely summer weekend and enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps from the beach while also indulging in delightful walks in Seagrove Park, which was an easy stroll away. the full kitchen in our one-bedroom apartment made preparing meals so simple and enjoyable after a day of exploration.

Staying at this lovely spot with my large family and our pet was a dream! The gorgeous beaches offered breathtaking sunsets that created unforgettable memories for us all. The heated outdoor patio and pool were fantastic places to relax, while the nearby Del Mar Thoroughbred Club was enjoyable for everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, the snack service could be improved with more kid-friendly options.
